The Mix Tour of Cappadocia is truly striking in its uniqueness: a fantastic lunar landscape, hot air balloon flights, rock-cut dwellings, and ancient temples. Cappadocia covers a vast area, making it impossible to see everything thoroughly in a single day. Yet, there is so much to explore — from fairy chimneys and underground cities to cultural monuments and relaxing at local restaurants.
To make the most of your time, we have created the Private Mix Tour. This tour gives you the opportunity to visit all of Cappadocia’s most popular highlights in just one day.
Pasabag Valley: Our first destination, where you will see extraordinary rock formations—double and triple-headed fairy chimneys. You’ll learn how this unique landscape was formed. Known for its peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, “Monks Valley” tells the story of the first hermits who settled here as early as the 1st–3rd centuries. After wandering its scenic “streets” and capturing great photos, we continue our journey.
Zelve Open-Air Museum: A visit to this UNESCO World Heritage site, showcasing an ancient cave town and monastery complex.
Underground City: Explore an intricate subterranean city. You will see how cleverly these dwellings were built and learn about the ingenious methods used for defense and daily survival.
Avanos – City of Masters: After the underground city, we head to Avanos for lunch at a local restaurant.
Pottery Workshop: After lunch, witness the ancient art of pottery. See how masters spin their wheels using techniques unchanged for centuries, and even try your hand at creating something yourself.
Devrent Valley (Imagination Valley): Here, you will see the most whimsical rock shapes formed by natural erosion. You can spot animals or objects—whatever your imagination allows.
Uchisar Castle: A stop at the highest point in Cappadocia. Learn about the local lifestyle, ancient defense strategies, and the geological history of the region while taking breathtaking panoramic photos.
Onyx Workshop: Before concluding the tour, we will visit a workshop to see Cappadocia’s precious and semi-precious stones and jewelry crafted by top artisans.
05:00 PM: The tour concludes, and all guests will be transferred back to their hotels.
Please note: The itinerary may vary slightly depending on weather conditions to ensure the best experience for our guests.
